Ejemplo de esto es el ojo, caracterizado por ser un \u00f3rgano sensorial que reacciona a la luz visible y permite a los humanos utilizar informaci\u00f3n visual para diversos fines. Est\u00e1 compuesto por varias capas y estructuras anat\u00f3micas, como la c\u00f3rnea, el iris, el cristalino y la retina.\u00a0<\/p><p>La c\u00f3rnea es la capa transparente en la parte frontal del ojo que permite enfocar la luz que ingresa. El iris es la parte coloreada del ojo que controla la cantidad de luz que entra al ajustar el tama\u00f1o de la pupila. El cristalino es una lente flexible que se encuentra detr\u00e1s del iris y se encarga de enfocar la luz en la retina.<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-887 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/lacienciadetusojos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/LCDTO-1-1-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lacienciadetusojos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/LCDTO-1-1-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/lacienciadetusojos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/LCDTO-1-1-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/lacienciadetusojos.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/LCDTO-1-1.png 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>La retina es la capa sensible a la luz en la parte posterior del ojo que contiene c\u00e9lulas fotorreceptoras llamadas conos y bastones. Los conos son responsables de la visi\u00f3n en color y la percepci\u00f3n de detalles finos, mientras que los bastones son responsables de la visi\u00f3n en blanco y negro y la percepci\u00f3n de la luz tenue.<\/p><p>Adem\u00e1s de las estructuras propias del ojo, este tiene seis m\u00fasculos extraoculares que permiten movimientos precisos y coordinados, lo que le confiere la capacidad de movimiento en diferentes direcciones permitiendo explorar con mayor detalle el entorno visual.<\/p><p>Por otra parte la visi\u00f3n binocular (tener dos ojos), permite tener una percepci\u00f3n de profundidad y distancia.
